have you ever seen a legitimate use for a 'box-and-whisker' plot. Or was this something created by USA Today statisticians for the purpose of obfuscating data?
Outside of math class…no, I have never seen one used for good purpose. Maybe it was a construct of USA Today, just like anthrax and Spencer Pratt.
