Myself and a couple of mates made a checklist for the State of the Union address, and these were the tallies we came up with.

(N.B: The criteria for a clapping interruption was that it stopped the President mid-sentence or mid-paragraph, or that it lasted longer than 3 seconds. The criteria for a John Boehner refusal was if Joe Biden did it [clap or stand] and John Boehner didn’t.)
